Concussion Training for Coaches
Every WKBSA team is required to have at least one coach on that team that has completed Concussion Awareness Training. This is a requirement from our insurance company. This training must be updated annually. The link below will direct you to a source provided by the CDC. This is an on-line course and is self directed. It takes about 30 minutes and there is a short quiz at the end. You will be able to print a Certificate once completed. Please attach a copy of the certificate to your roster when you turn your roster in. No team will be allowed to compete until at least one coach from that team has completed the course.
